Delivery Information


After you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail with your order summary. We will then check our inventory for any out of stock items and you will be notified. All in stock merchandise will be shipped and the remaining product(s) will be put on backorder until they arrive.

If you prefer not to wait until we can fulfill your order, you can cancel by contacting us at [email protected].

We currently offer UPS Ground Service for shipments in the United States and Canada. If you would like to ship via USPS, contact us at [email protected], we will let you know if this is possible and the shipping charges.

Import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with UPS for more information.


You can return your online purchase of most products to us for a credit with in 30 days of purchase. We will not be responsible for merchandise that does not arrive back to us in good condition.

If customer receives a damaged product, (e.g. upside down or missing pages), please contact us for return instructions. We will replace the merchandise or refund you the full purchase price according to your wishes and product availability. If the damage occurred through shipping, save the packing material and contact UPS to settle your claim.
