Shipping Information
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order summary. We will then review your order and check inventory availability.
If an item is out of stock, it will be removed from your order and you will be notified by email. You will only be charged for items that are shipped.
Free Local Delivery:
We offer free delivery in Crown Heights for orders over $75.
Orders under $75 have a $5 delivery fee.
We currently offer UPS Ground and USPS shipping services within the United States and Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Import duties and/or taxes for international orders may be imposed by your local government. These charges are separate from Seforim Place and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
Most products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Returned items must arrive in good condition to qualify for a refund or credit.
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged product (such as upside-down printing or missing pages), please contact us at [email protected] for return instructions.
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund depending on your preference and product availability.
If damage occurred during shipping, please keep the original packaging and contact UPS to file a claim.
